1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it

We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or handling after delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the product (showing the issue)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if it meets our policy criteria.

3. Return Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will arrange for the item to be picked up or guide you through shipping it back

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit

  • You are responsible for the safe return of the item unless it arrived damaged or incorrect

4. Refunds

As we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds are provided in the form of:

 

  • A bank transfer (where applicable and only in eligible cases)

Refunds are only issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified by email about the status of your refund.

5. Exchanges

If the item is defective or incorrect, we will offer an exchange at no extra cost. 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Opened or used office accessories unless defective
